The Ants And The Grasshopper
We have been reading a story The Ants And The Grasshopper.
This story is a fable. A fable is a story about animals that have been given human like qualities and the story teaches you a lesson.
Te Wheke, Just One More Time.
The year sixes and I read the story Kupe and Te wheke.
We got to make an animation and recreate the ending.

Advertising - Responsibility
WALT: We are learning to explore, critique and then use these design elements in our advertisement: Colours, shapes, lettering, use of space, proportion, composition, symbols and logo. we are also learning about the school values.
To be honest out of all our work on this I really enjoyed playing around for the
photos and for the colours.
